Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

Bacon Cheeseburger Dip
1# Ground beef
1 lg. yellow onion
1# thick cut bacon
2 Tbs. minced fresh garlic
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
8oz cream cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. Mayo
1/2 C. Ketchup
2 C Mozzarella cheese (grated)
2+ C. Cheddar cheese (grated)

Coarse chop the onion and saute in some of the bacon grease from the 1# of bacon (I cook my bacon in the oven). Add the ground beef. Cook through. (I added in a couple of handfuls of Hormel real bacon bits too - because I am *me*). I am sure I seasoned the beef with Lawry's salt and pepper. Add the garlic once the meat is drained. Rough chop the thick cut bacon and put in two thirds of it into the beef mixture. As well as the cream cheese. I mixed the sour cream, mayo and ketchup (to be honest the measurements of these and the grated cheeses are approximate - I was just going with the flow.) added that and the grated cheese. This mixture filled a deep dish 10" pie plate. Top with more cheese and the reserved rough chopped bacon. Bake at 350 until browned and bubbly. Use a paper towel to absorb any excess grease. Serve with crackers or chips and if you so desire fresh tomato, onion, lettuce?? Me? I served it with dill relish. It was delish!

Can be reheated in a crock pot. Enjoy!
